We want you to love your Eve Embrace products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition you received it
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items without original tags
- Items returned after 30 days
